            The Dell Rapids Quarriers will square off against the Rapid City Christian Comets at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the  contest red-hot, with Dell Rapids sitting on  three straight  wins and Rapid City Christian on nine.
Dell Rapids is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  35-32  victory over Baltic. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Quarriers have posted  since January 18, 2024.

 Dell Rapids relied on the efforts of   Tad Tjaden, who  dropped  a double-double with 18  points and ten  boards, and   Jack Kloth, who  posted six points in addition to nine  blocks and seven  rebounds. Thanks to that strong game,  Tjaden now owns an excellent 45.3%  shooting accuracy.
 Meanwhile, Rapid City Christian faced Custer in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Rapid City Christian was the clear victors by  a  76-53 margin over Custer. The Comets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16  matches by 20  points or more this season.
 Rapid City Christian pushed their record up to 19-2 with the  victory, which was their 12th straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 71.5 points over those games. As for Dell Rapids, their win bumped their record up to 13-9.
 Dell Rapids strolled past Rapid City Christian in their previous meeting  back in March of 2021 by a score of  68-54. Will Dell Rapids repeat their success,  or does  Rapid City Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
