Basketball Game Preview: Churubusco Eagles vs. Garrett Railroaders

Churubusco is on a four-game streak of home losses, Garrett a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Churubusco Eagles will welcome the Garrett Railroaders at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Churubusco was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 33-28 to West Noble. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Garrett ended up a good deal behind DeKalb on Saturday and lost 43-28. While losing is never fun, the Railroaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 307th, while the Barons are ranked 85th).

Garrett's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Churubusco, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
