Sandburg waltzed into their game on Wednesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Stagg Chargers 11-1. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Sandburg's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Stagg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-23.

Coming up, Stagg will take on Tinley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sandburg will be paying especially close attention to the Chargers' contest: after the Chargers face off against the Titans, they'll take on Sandburg again at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
