Volleyball Recap: Davison Comes Up Short

The Davison Cardinals came up short against the Forest Hills Eastern/Forest Hills Northern Hawks on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Davison was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-23.

Despite the defeat, Davison saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Daphne Darling had seven digs and four assists.

Davison's loss dropped their record down to 19-3.

Davison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Varsity Opponent on the 11th. Forest Hills Eastern/Forest Hills Northern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
