Soccer Game Preview: Southeastern HomeSchool vs. DASH

Southeastern HomeSchool hasn't had much luck against DASH recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cardinals are taking a road trip to face off against the United at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Southeastern HomeSchool's favor is that they have posted at least four goals every time they've taken the pitch this season.

On Monday, Southeastern HomeSchool made easy work of Fayetteville HomeSchool and carried off an 8-3 win. Southeastern HomeSchool haven't had any issues with Fayetteville HomeSchool recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, DASH's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against West Johnston by a score of 3-1. Given DASH's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 29th, while West Johnston are ranked 157th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Southeastern HomeSchool's record is now 2-0-1. As for DASH, their record now sits at 6-0-2.

Southeastern HomeSchool suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to DASH in their previous matchup back in May of 2025. Can the Cardinals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
