Baseball Recap: Cimarron-Memorial's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

Cimarron-Memorial never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Chaparral Cowboys. That looming 15-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Spartans yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Cayden Cavallone, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. He is becoming a predictor of Cimarron-Memorial's success: when he posts at least one home run the team is undefeated (and 2-15 when he doesn't). Ari Carabajal also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
