Basketball Recap: Sunset Wins Going Away Against Mcminnville

Sunset's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past the McMinnville Grizzlies with points to spare, taking the game 53-38. While the Apollos didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Sunset has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for McMinnville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.

Sunset will be playing at home against Aloha at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McMinnville, they will venture away from home to take on Sherwood at 7:15 p.m. on January 17th.
