Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask R.J. Reynolds). They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Oak Grove Grizzlies on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Demons needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

They hit Oak Grove with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lucy Stoter (2), Libby Holden, and Ruby Ferree.

R.J. Reynolds is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-2-1 record this season. Oak Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-2.

Looking ahead, R.J. Reynolds will square off against Mount Tabor at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Tabor will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something R.J. Reynolds surely won't give up without a fight. As for Oak Grove, they will challenge Leadership Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
