Baseball Recap: Eau Claire Takes a Loss

If Eau Claire was riding high fresh off their 17-0 takedown of Columbia back in March, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Shamrocks came up short against the Chester Cyclones on Thursday, falling 15-8. The Shamrocks have struggled against the Cyclones recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Eau Claire now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Chester, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-10-1.
