Soccer Game Preview: Reagan vs. Mount Tabor

The Reagan Raiders will face off against the Mount Tabor Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Reagan's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They blew past Parkland 9-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Reagan considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Their offense was hitting Parkland from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Olivia McGee led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Mount Tabor hasn't lost a match since April 9th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They put the hurt on Glenn with a sharp 9-0 victory. Considering Mount Tabor have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Mount Tabor's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those five matches. As for Reagan, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-10-2 record this season.
