After losing to Kingman the last time they met, Chino Valley decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Chino Valley Cougars managed a 52-47 win over the Kingman Bulldogs on Wednesday.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Victor Ng, who went 6 of 11 to rack up 14 points and five steals. What's more, Ng also posted a 55% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in November of 2024. Trey Walema was another key player, putting up five points along with five assists and three steals.

Chino Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Kingman, they dropped their record down to 4-17 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Chino Valley has already played their next game (against River Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Kingman, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 66-55 defeat against Odyssey Institute on the 31st.
