It was a good run, but David Anderson unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 70-51 to the Columbiana Clippers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-43 back in January.

Cooper Brown was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 20 boards for Columbiana. Those 20 rebounds gave Brown a new career-high. Seth Struharik was another key player, going 8 for 14 en route to 21 points and five boards.

David Anderson's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for Columbiana, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-2.

David Anderson is taking a road trip to take on Valley Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Valley Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matchups. As for Columbiana, they will face off against Wellsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbiana is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.8 points per game this season.
