Softball Recap: Mendota's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Mendota made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Fresno, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Aztecs put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 12-6 win on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Aztecs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Mendota's win bumped their record up to 4-14. As for Fresno, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1.

Coming up, Mendota will challenge South at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday. The Aztecs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 10 runs per game this season. As for Fresno, they will square off against Madera South at 3:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
