Soccer Recap: DePue Comes Up Short

DePue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals, falling 3-0. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for DePue it sure didn't stay that way.

DePue's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-1. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. DePue will challenge Ottawa at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, they will take on Serena at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
