Basketball Recap: Boscobel Comes Up Short

Boscobel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Southwestern Wildcats, falling 75-42. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 83-36 back in December of 2024.

Boscobel's record is now 1-17. As for Southwestern, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

Coming up, Boscobel will challenge Riverdale at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southwestern, they will square off against Darlington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Southwestern's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
