Baseball Recap: Ludlow Takes a Loss

After flying high against Holmes on Thursday, Ludlow came back down to earth. The Panthers wound up with the same score they had in their last game (10-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The loss continues a trend for them in their meetings with the Rebels: they've now lost three in a row.

Ludlow's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Owen County, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-5.

Coming up, Ludlow will be playing at home against Dayton at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Owen County, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Augusta at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
