Baseball Recap: Woodridge Takes a Loss

Woodridge was the 3-2 winner over Revere when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Minutemen on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly three runs.

Woodridge's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Revere, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Revere will be playing in front of their home fans against Brush at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodridge will be paying especially close attention to the Minutemen's matchup: after the Minutemen face off against the Arcs, they'll take on Woodridge again at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
