Volleyball Recap: Hemlock Starts Season with Win Against Chesaning + How To Watch

Hemlock had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Chesaning Indians on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won four in a row.

While Hemlock won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18.

Chesaning's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Hemlock wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Merrill on the 20th. As for Chesaning, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Shepherd at 7:30 p.m. on September 3.
