Softball Game Preview: Bishop Union Broncos vs. Kern Valley Broncs

After both having extra time off, the Bishop Union Broncos and the Kern Valley Broncs will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Union will be strutting in after a win while Kern Valley will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Bishop Union turned things around against Boron last Friday. They came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 9-4.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Kern Valley's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They lost 15-5 to California City.

Bishop Union's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Kern Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Bishop Union came out on top in a nail-biter against Kern Valley in their previous matchup back in March, sneaking past 7-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncos since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
