Seagoville is 6-1 against Adams since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Seagoville Dragons will welcome the Adams Cougars at 8:00 p.m.

Seagoville is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 66 points on Friday, they were much more limited against Poteet on Tuesday. They were dealt a 61-19 defeat at the hands of the Pirates. The loss continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Adams, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against Spruce on Tuesday as Adams made off with a 55-32 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 23 points or more this season.

Adams' victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-9. As for Seagoville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Seagoville didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Adams in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 46-41 win. Will Seagoville repeat their success, or does Adams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
