Basketball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln lost against Waterloo East back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lincoln Railsplitters fell 65-56 to the Waterloo East Trojans. The Railsplitters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Waterloo East, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 56-29 loss against Ames on the 17th. Waterloo East has also already played their next contest, a 58-49 victory against Des Moines East on the 17th.
