Football Game Preview: Saratoga vs. Riverside

Riverside will challenge Saratoga on the road at Saratoga at 2:30 PM on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.

Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Riverside, but their most recent matchup may have softened the blow. Everything went their way against Dubois last Friday as the squad secured a 75-32 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-7.

Saratoga ended up forfeiting their match against Farson-Eden 0-2. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Saratoga.

Riverside's victory lifted them to 1-1 while Saratoga's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Saratoga are able to find more success (and make for a more exciting game than their last) when the teams meet up.
