There's no place like home for Zion Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Loretto Mustangs an 8-0 shutout on Friday. With that win, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 3 goals per game.

Their offense was hitting Loretto from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Noah Beaman led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The victory got Zion Christian Academy back to even at 1-1-2. As for Loretto, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Zion Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 10-2 win against Agathos Classical on the 18th. Loretto will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Richland at 6:00 p.m. on March 28th.
