Joey Machado Game Report: vs Elko + How To Watch

Passers beware: Joey Machado came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made nine total tackles, but sadly Fernley still had to take a 26-15 loss at the hands of Elko. We hope Machado's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Machado and Fernley will take on Sparks at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The last time Machado duked it out with the Railroaders (back in October of 2024), the Vaqueros came out on top by a score of 58-6. Will another strong game from Machado be enough to do it again?
