Soccer Recap: Lighthouse Christian Has No Trouble Against Bluegrass United

After failing to score in their last match, Lighthouse Christian made sure to put some goals up on the board against Bluegrass United on Saturday. They blew past the Bluehawks 6-1. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Lighthouse Christian's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Bluegrass United with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jaron Boatright (3), Carter Cavenaile, Alexander Rucker, and Mateo De La Vega.

Lighthouse Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-13-2. As for Bluegrass United, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Lighthouse Christian nor Bluegrass United have any future games scheduled.
