Jones took a three-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Mother McAuley, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mighty Macs on Monday, sneaking past 4-3. This was payback for Jones, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

They hit Mother McAuley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kaelyn Perez (2), Audrey Dziedzic, and Hania Mahmoud.

The victory made it two in a row for Jones and bumps their season record up to 4-3-2. As for Mother McAuley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6-1.
