Softball Recap: East View Comes Up Short

East View lost against Georgetown back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Patriots lost 16-9 to the Eagles. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East View's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Georgetown, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. East View is set to challenge their familiar foe Pflugerville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Georgetown will take on rival Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
