Jackson waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Norwalk Truckers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Polar Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Truckers, too.
Jackson was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 27-25, 25-15.
Rebecca Yockey paced Jackson's offense, picking up 11 kills. Yockey got some help from Morgan Rosenberry and her 36 assists.
Jackson's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Norwalk, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.
Jackson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Austintown-Fitch on the 14th. Norwalk does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
