Football Game Preview: Kimball Knights vs. Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles + How To Watch

The Kimball Knights will take on the Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Kimball fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Carter on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 50-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cowboys. The Knights gained 210 more yards on the day, but it was the Cowboys that made the best use of them.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Charles McCuin and Damarion Boozer. Boozer had a great game and rushed for 168 yards and six TDs. Meanwhile, McCuin was balling out in the loss, rushing for 176 yards and six touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Wilmer-Hutchins fell victim to Lincoln and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Tigers 57-0. Considering the last time the Eagles couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Kimball's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-3. As for Wilmer-Hutchins, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Kimball strolled past Wilmer-Hutchins in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a score of 34-20. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
