Soccer Recap: Chaparral Comes Up Short

Chaparral was the 4-3 winner over University when they last played one another on February 7th, but their luck changed this time around. The Chaparral Bobcats fell 2-0 to the University Trojans on Tuesday.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for University, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Chaparral take on the Waco at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Waco will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Chaparral surely won't give up without a fight. As for University, they will face off against Belton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
