Volleyball Recap: Fleming County Comes Up Short

Fleming County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Great Crossing Warhawks.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10.

Fleming County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Great Crossing, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Fleming County will be playing in front of their home fans against Rowan County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Great Crossing, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against East Jessamine on the 23rd.
