Volleyball Game Preview: Hunterdon Central Red Devils vs. Edison Eagles

The Hunterdon Central Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Edison Eagles at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hunterdon Central is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Jersey's top teams: Monroe Township, who was ranked seventh at the time (Hunterdon Central was ranked 15th). The Red Devils fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Edison duked it out with J.P. Stevens on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks.

Edison now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Hunterdon Central, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
