Basketball Game Preview: Sacramento Adventist Capitals vs. Buckingham Charter Knights

The Sacramento Adventist Capitals will venture away from home to square off against the Buckingham Charter Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Sacramento Adventist ended up a good deal behind John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills and lost 73-54.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 55 points the game before, Buckingham Charter was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They took a blow against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, falling 69-24. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Buckingham Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Sacramento Adventist, their loss dropped their record down to 13-13.

Sacramento Adventist barely slipped by Buckingham Charter in their previous meeting back in January, winning 49-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sacramento Adventist since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
