Volleyball Recap: Clearfield Comes Up Short

Clearfield suffered their biggest loss since September 2nd on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers. The Bison haven't had much luck with the Golden Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

While Clearfield ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21, 25-17.

Clearfield's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Hollidaysburg, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Clearfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Bishop McCort on the 30th. As for Hollidaysburg, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Penn Cambria on the 30th.
