Volleyball Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Tuesday. Princeton came up short against Wallace-Rose Hill, falling 3-0. Princeton hasn't had much luck with Wallace-Rose Hill recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

While Princeton was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 25-21.

Defeat or not, Princeton got some senior leadership from Addison Taylor and Alaina Boggs. Taylor had four digs and four blocks, while Boggs had eight digs and two assists. Taylor has been hot for a while, having also posted 14 or more assists the last 32 times she's played.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, their win was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-3.

Looking ahead, Princeton will take on James Kenan at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Midway on the 15th.
