Volleyball Recap: Taylor Comes Up Short

Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Giddings Buffaloes. The Ducks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Buffaloes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Taylor's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Giddings, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-11.

Coming up, Taylor will face off against Little River Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Bumblebees have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Giddings has already played their next contest (against Navarro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
