Basketball Recap: Global Studies Comes Up Short

On Monday, Global Studies were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 17-13 to the Newark Tech Terries. Global Studies has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Global Studies' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Newark Tech, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5.

Global Studies will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Barringer at 1:00 p.m. on January 18, 2025. As for Newark Tech, they will be playing at home against West Caldwell Tech at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
