Bloomfield fell victim to South Knox and their airtight defense on Saturday. They lost 9-0 to the Spartans. The loss continues a trend for Bloomfield in their meetings with South Knox: they've now lost eight in a row.

Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for South Knox, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-2-2.

Looking ahead, Bloomfield will host Seven Oaks Classical at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for South Knox, they will venture away from home to face off against Barr-Reeve at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
