Basketball Recap: Pahokee Comes Up Short

Pahokee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Glades Central Raiders and fell 48-20. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 37-12 back in November of 2025.

Pahokee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Glades Central, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pahokee will venture away from home to challenge Oxbridge Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glades Central, they will head out to square off against Clewiston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
