Basketball Recap: West Michigan HomeSchool Heat vs. Noble-Whitley Warriors

The West Michigan HomeSchool Heat scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took down Noble-Whitley Warriors 77-61. The victory was just what West Michigan HomeSchool needed coming off of a 80-57 loss in their prior matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Noble-Whitley Warriors lost, one person who can't be blamed is Colt Kirkpatrick. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points along with two blocks. Another player making a difference was Caidyn Berna, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Noble-Whitley Warriors struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

West Michigan HomeSchool now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Noble-Whitley Warriors, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-12.
