Clairton scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Cornell Raiders as the Clairton Bears made off with a 24-13 win. With that victory, Clairton brought their scoring average up to 7.8 runs per game.

Clairton got a massive performance out of Michael Wright Jr, who scored three runs and stole six bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Tahvaz Armstrong was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing six bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

On Cornell's side, CJ Jackson was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Dyllan Chetoka, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
