Hemet extended their winning streak to 21 games thanks to a huge performance from Quinton Skinner. The Hemet Bulldogs claimed a resounding 74-39 win over the Lakeside Lancers thanks in part to Skinner, who shot 4-for-6 from long range and dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game.

Another player making a difference was Cruz Plascencia, who posted 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in assists.

Despite the defeat, Lakeside saw an underclassman step up: freshman Justin Jones went 5 for 10 en route to 17 points. Jack Jones was another key player, putting up five points and three steals.

Hemet pushed their record up to 21-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Lakeside, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 16 of their last 18 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-20 record this season.

Hemet does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lakeside has also already played their next match, a 60-52 win against Vista del Lago on the 4th.
