Softball Recap: Fallbrook Takes a Loss

Fallbrook fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Ramona on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They lost 7-1 to the Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-7 back in April.

Fallbrook saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Castillo, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base.

Fallbrook has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14-1 record this season. As for Ramona, their record is now 12-15-1.

As of now, neither Fallbrook nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
