Softball Recap: Red Oak Comes Up Short

Red Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 16-1 to the Shenandoah Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 last Wednesday.

Red Oak's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Shenandoah, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Red Oak has already played their next matchup, an 18-1 defeat against Creston on the 12th. As for Shenandoah, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 loss against Bedford on the 11th.
