Baseball Recap: Lindhurst Takes a Loss

Lindhurst was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 20-9 to the Golden Sierra Grizzlies. The Blazers were not able to make up for their loss to the Grizzlies from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Josh Mason made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Leonel Guzman, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

Lindhurst's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Golden Sierra, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

While Lindhurst had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
