Volleyball Recap: Episcopal Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Episcopal had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Mayflower Eagles by a score of 3-1.

Episcopal walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final set scores came out to 25-14, 26-24, 12-25, 27-25.

Mayflower's loss came despite strong showings from Chloe Whittington and Zoe Dawson. Whittington had 28 assists and 20 digs, while Dawson had 24 digs and six assists. Jordan Fusilier was another key player, getting 18 digs and 13 kills.

Episcopal's win brought them up to 4-2. As for Mayflower, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Episcopal didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Searcy on the 12th. As for Mayflower, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Benton on the 12th.
