Lake Dallas kept a clean sheet against Eagle Mountain on Friday. Everything went their way against the Eagle Mountain Knights as they made off with a 5-0 win. Give the Falcons' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Lake Dallas has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those nine contests. As for Eagle Mountain, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-7-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Dallas will square off against Castleberry at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Castleberry will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Lake Dallas surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eagle Mountain, they will face off against Lake Worth at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Worth's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
