Basketball Recap: Cimarron Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cimarron's last matchup with Logan could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Saturday. The Rams were dealt a 65-32 loss at the hands of the Longhorns. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Logan's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hayden Bruhn, who shot 56% from the field on his way to 20 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Bruhn is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last ten games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylan Montoya, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards.

Cimarron's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Logan, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cimarron will challenge Roy Municipal School at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Logan, they will take on Tucumcari at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
