For the first time this season, Trinity will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. After each having a week off, they and the East Davidson Golden Eagles will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. East Davidson took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Trinity, who comes in off a win.

Trinity is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Surry Central 48-24 last Friday. With the Bulldogs ahead 34-8 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Khad'N Fuller produced another solid effort rushing for 168 yards and four scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also throwing for 122 yards and a pair of TDs. Zaire Gill got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.
