Recap: Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners vs. Cicero Prep Academy Centurions

If the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners were feeling good off their 41-20 takedown of the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf was beaten by the Centurions 50-19 on Tuesday. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf has not had much luck with the Centurions recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Phoenix Day School for the Deaf struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Cicero Prep Academy posted nine assists.

Cicero Prep Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Domanik McFadden out in front who scored ten points along with five rebounds and two steals. David Yourkoski was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

Phoenix Day School for the Deaf has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season. As for Cicero Prep Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-11.

Phoenix Day School for the Deaf has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st. Antelope is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games. Cicero Prep Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
